In our lives we come to times
Where we know not where to go,
We meet problems that stop us.
These problems can be beaten
So we can move on in our lives.
So don't be afraid to start over,
Start over again,
As this time you're not starting,
Not starting from scratch,
You are starting from experience.
Experience cannot be taught
So in life experience counts
As it teaches us so much
As we move on in our world.

Just how true this is came home to me the other day when I was working alongside an 18 yr old. Youth and vigour but no experience.
Oh how sweet would it be to be 18 again but with all my years of experience.
The best example I have of this was when I was working as an analytical chemist, I was only young but had worked hard to get where I was, a bloke with degrees galore arrived and with all his qualifications he had no idea how to do the job in hand.
Good write Gold.
Thanks Orchi.
Experience is the greatest of teachers. Even bad experiences have something good to teach us. Excellent write Andy. ; )
Thank you AP, so very true.

You're words are so true. I was once tasked with training graduates and some wanted to take time and learn while others simply believed a qualification meant they could jump on the promotion ladder without trying. Needless to say they soon realised their mistakes.
Thank you Andy, I have had that problem in the past where a guy with degrees falling all about him had no idea how to work in the environment that he got the degrees for.
Andy
Yes, indeed, and those experience riches our life.
Thank you mandm, they certainly do.
