Efficacy, of hope

L. B. Mek

Notice of absence from L. B. Mek
'fare ye well' kind friends

slip, buckle, trip, shuffle

onwards

to rise of bended knee’s, in grimacing resilience

upwards

on nervy feet, anchored to unwavering spine

forwards

deep breaths to shuffled steps, till - we too

leap

trusting, in hope: once more – just, like before!

how extraordinarily efficacious a series of words you have posted today L.B ...
no covert message or meaning, but the hard truth ..
and don't we just need that once in a while ..
the truth that is to slap us in the face ...........
quite simply, spot on sir ...

why I'm just slapped cheek - pink, chuffed-to-bits: if you will.. lol
indeed, often it's our more straightforward scribbles
that land home, accessibly and importantly: feet-first..
as ever, my friend all I have to offer is my humble gratitude
for your ever-so-kind, invigorating words of encouragement

Beautiful! May we never lose hope!

Beautiful song & a beautiful write...
We must always live in the present moment...

      • L. B. Mek

        so wondrously true
        so innate to comprehend
so very hard, to actualise: in our everyday lives...
thank you so much dear Poet, somehow
your words never fail to inspire me, what a wonderful gift, truly

We certainly need to leap into a better future Mek, may it soon be so.

          Amen!
'we all exist, a mere meditative - slip
to our hard-earned serenity: of peace...
maybe, but that's near-enough for me
to dream of tranquillity, with ease...'
(thanks Andy, for inspiring my scribbled shorty)
