whether it be owning your own business,
or tilling your acres of land,
all of a man's fruits,
must come from his own hand.
Whether it be a banker,
with a giant desk on Wallstreet,
or even a custodian
who spends hours on their feet,
work hard, and earn what you sew,
and you will enjoy what you reap.
Most importantly,
something you must never forget,
is always give back to the Lord.
He has supplied you with the work,
and in a snap of a finger,
He can take away your rewards.
a man must toil, by his own hand
and one day he will see the promised land
a land of milk and honey
a place on no money
you will create by your own hand
even after you reach the promised land
Love every fellow man
and always stand
proud erect within your land
With every action planned
a patriot and a man.

- Comment from author about the poem: Every man needs work. For whatever reason it may be, or whatever it may be, a man needs work. It is also very rewarding to know that you have accomplished something. I do not think anyone would honestly disagree. Persistence is key
