Stolen moment

I love those magic moments when
the world seems to hold its breath and then
 everything listens to everything else  And then even
Silence listens as well. 
As soon as you hear it and hold your breath too
The moment is gone
But somethings touched you
Then the world carries on in its own carefree way with
Everyday noises to deafen the brain
But for me it's like magic, a spell to behold
For the sound of silence is a tonic for  soul

As if life's had a break and stolen a few

Then time butts in and says "that'll do" 

It doesn't happen often but when it does

Its a touch of heaven like a gift from above

And I know something special just happened somewhere

And in that moment it knew i was there
