shadow424

a small narrow

restaurant

at the edge of

a brownstone

on a tree lined

cobblestone

city street

with a

single isle

down its middle

past strings

of shells and

buttons

where tables

are pressed to

the walls

adorned with

framed

photos of

cowboys

flowers

bicycles,

customers

speak softly

under dim lights

its a place you

could get lost in,

like love letters

without a

return address
