how often salvation is a strange starkened decoration

Jon Nakapalau

given the fact that so often it is only obtained

at the cost of indifference smiling past
or frowning at others who may be

the very key to the soul door
that must be opened if you

hope to get past karmic
wallpaper that just is

there to cover the
cracks but not

to fill them
with any

hope.
