curl up

dusk arising

Now I've got the feeling
that I'd just like to
curl up someplace warm
and sleep till its all over.
Just got news i didnt want.
Mom used to tell me these
things come in threes.

    Dear Friend - I do hope these words are not from experience - your poetic mind takes such turns and swings in your postings and this write of "curl up" seems a bit pessimistic between the lines - but wishing I maybe quite wrong.

      It's heartfelt. Though predominently positive minded and pleased to be so, i'm not immune to the occasional dark cloud passing. My poetry is my 'heart on the sleeve'. Time to go hug a tree or something.
