Insistence.
Dawn hangs on the trees, force slivers floorward,
slips into sleep's acres,
turns shade to tailgates of light over which rays
snipe at quiescence
before sunrise insistence moves bleary dreamers
to wide-away doers.
Ears mistake sleepy whispers for proactive reality
when shaken mind rouses
to sense present infinity ticking away rest- time
making the richer
seconds remaining for flight's drowsy treasure as
night hooks day to my use.

Wakey - wakey ! As the world awakens. Another pearl of poetry from our lady of the dawn Fay.
Ha ha -- - am usually an early riser Dusk - unless my pen takes me into and past midnight - then words evade me until after that first cuppa coffee - your comments however are always so welcomed my friend.

.. wish I was ya pen .................. x
Ha - no joke - I have recently been wanting to change my pen - but you may have to consider again that wish my dear Sir Knight - - cos my pen lands in all sorts of odd places when Muse becomes lively - such as between my lips (retracted of course) - or twiddling the curls around my ears - or worse still inside the top of - - - well 'nuff said - - however big smiles and thank yous as ever mon ami for your very welcome support .............. x
