I visit the dark and the light, both unpleasant but nice.
I feel all the emotional rush throughout life
I can be dancing, then crying, deep contemplation then mind vacation, in awe of the wonder, to put everything 6ft under.
I see my worthiness and my insignificance, the honor to teach with the empowerment to learn, the burden in leading and the blessing to follow.
I am not a concept or any static imagine, but a miracle of moving particles with no end or beginning.
I write this for others but mostly myself, for sometimes I just can't mentally cope. Yet as life goes on I've found many sinking in the same boat, but most importantly the ones who learnt how to float.

- Comment from author about the poem: I'm never done but yet still struggles continue. I don't really know anyone who has it all sorted out, as I step back from the darkness that I was in a new feeling of no guilt for the bad days kicked in. This is a new kind of wave and one I'm be practicing again and again, until it is back in my natural nature....also hope the picture can be read, if not I may repost. Totally get where you're coming from Dan. We are the embodiment of kaleidoscope! Ive learnt to accept this about myself amd have become pretty comfortable with it to the point where i content being whoever or whatever I am at that moment.

Most definitely that my friend and how easily I forget the inspiration it brings to write together, as for then my heart feels as light as a feather.

Buddy I had so many words when I first read this but after receiving my daughters song yesterday! I was truly floating in a stream of thankfulness.
Was also meaning to mention on the way up to North Wales we stopped in your town, on the next adventure of love to let you know I'm around.

Well after finally getting myself to a Osteopath yesterday and finding I've still got a long way to go because this is mental not physical.
I think taking time in coming back here to let it go will stop my nerves holding on.
For many souls here, showed me I can float out even take a minute to sit on their boat...
Dam is that the time, I've really got to go lol
