Walking By

Saxon Crow

Often as i go walking by
I sometimes look up to the sky
The sun it shines its smile on me
While clouds drift on so lazily
The smell of flowers in the air
Take away my woes and cares
And every miracle that i see
Reminds me of lifes symmetry
There is a purpose for it all
And all of nature heeds its call
If only the children of Adam and Eve
Would remember how it's meant to be
Which is why i look up to the sky
As i often go walking by
And send a little prayer above
Giving thanks for patient love

Sweet. Multi tasking for me is dangerous, walking and looking at the sky, I'd fall over. It's only women can multi task... so she told me.

The layer of smog that the children of Adam and Eve have caused, have in many places hidden the awesome view of the magnificent blue skies, that you have painted so well in these words.

I enjoyed reading your poem. I believe in the line "There is a purpose for it all
And all of nature heeds its call." Indeed, life has a purpose. Excellent write!
