high leaves

dusk arising

High up
among those topmost branches
where leaves
gently swim in peaceful breeze
there
you'll find my thoughts these days
kissed
by magic otherworldliness
suspended
carefree 'neath clouds majesty
released
eased from shackles of frustration

........ the perfect title ... precision pruned sublimely cool, refreshing and so comfortably chilled ..............

    what healing words, Dusk
    sometimes our metaphors
need not be that gushingly positive
for them to effect and widen
    our narrowed/limited outlooks/perceptions
sometimes, they just need to be true
so we know, we're not the only ones
    feeling like we are..
    a great read! thank you

A great place to be, in those trees.

Free as a leaf. Lovely phrasing. At this moment I am looking at the top leaves of a tree swimming in a peaceful breeze Thank you for the wonderful imagery
