Back Then

Fay Slimm.

Back Then.

Intoxicated with evocative love,
and heady rapture,
ecstasy truly captured our every
exhilaration back then.

Fermented in thrills we became
effervescently fueled,
felt mercurial bliss and entered
new dimensional levels.

Galvanized by euphoria prized
times when desire flew
heaven-high gratified rapture
with infused satisfaction.

Enchanted halcyon hours bred
volcanic abandon, now
memory's only treasured wish
is to resurrect that bliss.

Not half! I'll have some of that again please!

This getting older business is getting exhausting with all this reminiscing stuff. I'll be worn out. Wouldnt be without me memories though.
Love the way you use words.

Not going there - sorry Fay. Couldn't cope with the sweat (sorry - perspiration ) and disturbed sleep...
    Potent write ...unfortunately...

    Fantastic write, Fay.
Love to wander about in my mind. Roads took those not taken.

Back then, words we all used remembering those wonderful times in our passed life.
