That Affair.
Heart-studded moments,
soul-lit spaces where
love touches life with glow
well describes that affair
whose breath instinctively
embraces the air of infinity.

Wonderful words once more Fay, that breath of love is so very, very true.
Andy
Thank you for your supportive and positive comment my friend.
ahhh .. he doesn't want to exhale but breathe her in and deeply ... x
Can feel that deep breathing from here mon ami............. so pleased you liked the verse................x
what a decadently exquisite, depiction
of that intoxicating chemistry, that ignites
invading, without warning
and making us sully
our years of devoted loyalty
because:
'love touches life with glow
well describes that affair
whose breath instinctively
embraces the air of infinity.'
simply a Brilliant write, dear Fay
You honour my efforts so regularly dear friend and I send you sincere thsnk- yous for your time and thought after reading today's small posting.
Beautifully written, Fay.
Love is always multi-faceted, albeit secret or in the open. Why do some people have the ability, to "Touch your life with glow," from great distances and others up close cannot? You approach this beautifully.
Your review and the question are greatly appreciated Jerry - strange but true and I will never know why such things occur when distance and time are evident and often the duo will never meet..... wholly agree that what we call love is quite multi-faceted. Thank you loads for your read and comment on That Affair.
love is the undercurrent of a fruitful life... which doesn't mean that everyone should love you...
you can open the windows of love towards the world, nature, humanity or anything you love...
Ah yes Prem - love calls through opened windows and if the world listens then - " our living has not been in vain" - says the famous song.
It is always a joy to read your poems.
Ah - why thank you immensely dear Trenz -- writing has always meant much in my life and am so glad you enjoy my efforts to post almost daily on this friendly site.
Love has an agenda all it's own. And should it favor you, it's the best feeling ever. Great write Fay. ; )
The power of love. Simply beautiful.
