Homemade scarf

Poetic Dan

With the sun rays in my face and the mutts at my pace.

The sound of your voice is like a warm embrace

A friendly guidance along my little path

Held together by a homemade scarf

  • Comment from author about the poem: I've been to see two specialist for my pain as my right arm feels like I'm holding fire and can't let go, yesterday was another let down but thanks to a friend. I found these words in a video to her and know that this emotional trauma that has trapped my nerve, will find its place back within me to cry no more tears and float in blissful poetic harmony. One day I'll fully surrender to all this, thanks to all those that come here to embrace who you are. By day my sun and by night my star....

Hope you find some respite from your pains Dan.

Cheers buddy right now it feels like the only relief is the laughter and tears in poetry! Truly.
Although I've now looked at 121 trauma yoga, it's time I up my game as I know there's no magic pill...

Plus I may not use the anger or rage but it's definitely still there! Luckily I found good souls that care, have a good weekend my man!

with this poetic tool of self-expression
        you've been gifted
you need only to pinpoint, the root cause
        of your affliction
if its merely emotion based, at fruition
        then let your pen
ink a path: to finding your solution, my friend...
(careful though, sometimes Time is needed
for experts to find what they are looking for
so might be a good idea to heed your body and rest
when/if you can, so you can give yourself
        a chance to heal)

The nearly 800 I've written in 6 or 7 years I think has been just that, there is no more need to write but ask my body to not react! Now I think I'll do one just like that when I get that moment to relax!

Inspirational as ever, have a great weekend! I hope you caught my last one as you know it started from you and a simple word!

          "intoxicating"

          Keep it doing your thing!

I’ve been to many a specialist
Have yet not discovered the catalyst
That can relieve me of my pain
An unabated messages to my brain

Hope the remedy is found soon
