One More Four Letter Word

Neville

One More Four Letter Word

he found out

She had lied to him

the very last time, that is

it all began to go terribly wrong

Indeed, the name on the label he once dreamt

of and loved, became just one more four letter word

With all the shifting sands of a relationship, the lie becomes a deep trench between you. A 180 degree turn your only recourse, wasn't it, Neville.
