In our lives most try and help others,

Help bring their troubles to an end.

It becomes our way of life

And most are so grateful to us,

So we put more effort and kindness

Into that help and goodness we give.

But sometimes we need to sit back,

Sit back and bring our thoughts together,

As occasionally it may be necessary to do something,

Do something for yourself,

Before continuing to help others.

      Why yes. And St James Day yesterday, Sunday.
      James and John were asking for a high place. Then the other 10 disciples squabbled with them. Jesus taught them of it not being all 'me, me, me'.
      Either that, or He sent me to them, to punish them by singing to them. lol.

          we have our own oxygen masks, of survival
          in place...!

                Time out for yourself, totally, for we all need to recharge as well. Sometimes the best time out is to do absolutely nothing, I mean to go blank, mentally and physically.
