the owl and the puddy tat
brewed some tea
in a beautiful pea green pot
it seemed so funny
to a nearby bunny
who simply had started to gloat
they wailed at play
moulding lumps of clay
into bowls of colour and hue
and silvery spoons
reflecting the moon
for to eat of soup the next day
the children all smiled
for mile upon mile
as owl and tat wandered on
in a blustery breeze
beneath liquorice trees
to the place they decided to stay
oh puddy dear tat
said owl stating facts
youre the greediest puddy i know
youve been stuffing with cakes
till the hour got late
and all i hear now are your farts
so puddy replied
with a glint in her eyes
oh owl in your feathered hoot suit
ive noticed you dribble
when your head starts to swivvel
you really could do with a scrub
as the sun went down
on this pair of clowns
and their fans had all gone home
owls head on tat's chest
they laid down to rest
bestest friends at the end of the day
