Rushing to and fro

BusyB

As I sit here near the window
On a comfy chair
I see the traffic racing by
Where to do they go
Rushing to and fro

The sky is leaden
Pale gray and sodden
Up and down people fly
Going on a journey
My oh my

A runner streaks past
Out on an errand
A walker strolls by
With their cockapoo

I sit here
As the world passes me by
Im relaxed, I ask
Are you?

"And if you can keep your head when everybody round you is losing his, then it is very probable that you don’t understand the situation".
A very old joke which should always include n apology to Rudyard Kipling.
