Tune: Rivaulx
('Father of heaven, whose love profound')
Psalm 130 v.6-8
*********
My soul waits for the LORD, for He
To hope in, He sure worthy be
Let all His people hope and trust
Though we mere mortals made of dust
Why hope in the LORD? It is for
That there be with Him, from His store
Mercy, loving-kindness and too
Plenteous redemption anew
It be an abundant supply
For He the LORD does never die
And He shall His people redeem
From all their sins, salvation's theme
