life and death

Claudia

The slight wind

The hot sand

Hugging onto my warm legs,

Should be calming and serene

Yet my mind feels no rest.

The still air

The cold dirt

Covering all my freezing sides,

Ought to make me cry and panic

Yet my mind feels no fright.

A very interesting stance. Detached and defiant, but with subtlety. Love it!
