Trusting Truly

Tune: Hanover

('O worship the King')

Psalm 27 parts

*********

The LORD is my light and my salvation

Whom shall I fear? He great midst the nation

The LORD is the strength of my life, of whom shall

I be afraid? With Him I will true fare well

One thing I have desired of the LORD, see

That will I seek after, that I may be

Dwelling in the house of the LORD all the days

Of my life, to behold His beauty, His ways

In the time of trouble He shall me hide

In His shelter sure I there shall abide

In His temple I shall enquire of Him there

He shall His wisdom and comforts with me share

Hear me, O LORD, when I with my voice call

Unto you, and do answer my prayers all

When you said, seek my face, my heart said to you

Your face, LORD, will I seek, refresh me, renew

Wait on the LORD, and of good courage be

And He shall strengthen your heart, e'en freely

Wait, I say, on the LORD, His goodness He will

Reveal, show to you in land of living still

Verse 1: me singing won't fare well, in the sense of 'goodbye'. Will it fare well, in the sense of 'doing well'?
