Fathers

Tayama

In the the wind of the trees I hear my father's voice,

Whispering like always, serene and calming as if I was a child again,

Seeking reasons why, brings him back to me,

Forever saying the words, that I will be ok, assuring me, it will get better,

For forever I am with you as is a father to his son,

Seek me and you will find me,

Yet was it my father or my Father?

Does it matter? Has it ever?

Love comes when hearts are open,

As tears are wiped dry,

Suffering is understood,

And as the wind consumes the silence,

He speaks, as our thoughts become His.

Will my son hear my words also? As long as I keep whispering in the wind,

Telling him, our lives are temporal, our fathers are eternal,

Love is a fusion of both...as a father is fused to His son.

Such true words, my Father is with me and I often see him in the mirror.
