The creator had watched
and now gently held
the old warm, quite dead hand
"come my spirit child
let us share together
the wisdom of your journey
and prepare.
There is much ahead"

You are so unpredictable. This is very nuanced, very intense... no fairy story this time! I hope you are close to right! At our ages we still feel we have much to prepare for, and that our long journey is just the beginning of something... thanks! My last read for the night on MPS.
Thank you so much. I'm a believer in reincrnation so hoping there's truth in this expression yes.
Our Spirits will always move forward d a.

Yes, forward ever forward. A mystery of consciousness.

I ain't wise Dan, just old. Stay happy m8.
Good write dusk.
too much, for one life time..
such wise words, dear Poet
they just invade and overwhelm, invoking so many raw/repressed feeling's..
I really wish there was a universal way, to get across to people
just how futile it is, to waste your life
focusing on the negative..
we'll all be food for worms, so soon!
surely that bleak reality, must be enough to keep us focussed on the positives we can attain...
however little, or infrequent
we must treasure this experience of existence, desperately...
(that is what your brief words, conveyed to me Dusk
and for that, I thank you sincerely)
I'm pleased those thoughts came to you from my few words here LBM. I count myself lucky to be a positive minded person.
Beautiful, Dusk.
Thank you Jerry.
Beautiful, chilling write.
Thank you Jay-Lee Jane. One day we shall all find out if theres a whisper of truth in my piece. I certainly hope there is and that spiritual life goes on.
A potent and profound poem. Who knows what we will come face-to-face with at the end, but this is as good a scenario as any!
