Many things don't last long or they may only come around once
Like turning 40 and sharing my second with a beautiful soul
For 2 years now we are blessed to see her grow
As we are marking the same day then on this unique opportunity
I'll mix it up and say happy 4:20 for this is a sign for me to be comfy
Find my balance in a forever changing frantic world
Blessed with a warrior wife, two boys and two girls
As although we may of both been down divorced Roadside
Our lanes collided and an unexpected new journey began
Ten years ago I was a different man, start of a dream with a child in each hand
As I now blow my next wish for a decade It was clear in the smoke
This is my moment to become all of the who's I see
No more hiding in the shadows without the crown of life
As many don't ask for privilege to wear it so soon
We carry on each day trying to just love what we do
Kings and Queens with no titles but plenty of heart to share
This is our stamp of approval to keep living life as you dare

I hear you my friend and I've always been the same but now I have a big reason to see them a different way.
But it is still definitely a struggle as no magic bubbles can make these things go away.
