Matthew 8 v.8-13

Speak the word only, one did say

Unto Jesus there one day

And my servant shall be healed when

You say the word then

 

He a centurion, person

Under authority, man

And had soldiers under him, they

Did as he did say

 

Whether 'Go', they go, or 'Come', they

Come, each do serve and obey

Or 'Do this', then true his servant

Does with no relent

 

Jesus marvelled, said, I have not

Found so great faith midst this lot

Of Israel, but faith here shown

So healing be known

 

Go your way, as you have believed

Jesus said, so be received

Healing, same hour it occurred

Wholeness there conferred
