CRY!
Cry!
Let the years flood from your eyes.
Wallow in their saltiness.
Never let your mind regress.
Choose to be alive.
Let your heart begin to thrive.
Release all of your tension.
Let your soul be in suspension.
Fate is not why you are here.
Destiny didn’t drive you here.
Wish on high for the light
that will set things right.
Let your heart be set free.
Take the time to heal.
When life becomes too real
send a message to the sky
that your broken heart won’t die
and ...Cry!
There is no way to survive
except to thrive.
Reach out to another
and share your despair.
Give thanks for a friend who stands true
who shares the pain with you.
Go forward in life.
Follow your heart’s desire.
Find open spaces …new faces.
Ride the winds of change
no matter how strange.
Separate from your past.
Try something new at last.
Get over lost regrets.
See what life begets.
Live in the moment.
Chase your dreams with intent.
Bring happiness to your heart
and your loneliness will depart.

These powerful words ought to be printed and sent around the world - a brilliant list of reasons why we should ever move forward not back - thanks Phil for sharing such wisdom and into my list of favourites this sound advice goes.
Thank you Fay. These thoughts came to me and refused to leave. It may not be poetry, but it had to be said. Thanks again for your comments and support. - Phil A.
Wonderful positive words Phil, we must always move forward to the good things that are waiting for us.
