Only option left is to try

Poetic Dan

Life definitely comes with a wicked plan, yet nothing can prepare when their whole head is asleep in your hand.

From the highs that give you the energy to fly, the drops that are grounding past any thing left in front of your eyes.

Rolling into the crashes to keep moving any direction, popping any illusion of mastery completion.

To all the love in my eyes that could never hold everything enough, to the moments they roll over and look blankly past existence.

I'm glad to ride with every emotionally driven thought, until the day my ticket gets punched!

I'll keep living as if the whole world was for us

Life can be cruel , Dan , I understand . Sorry if you are still struggling with how you feel .. I know it’s not easy .

This is a good piece of writing and you have some vstrong lines here )

    • Poetic Dan

I'm not in a good or bad place at the moment and finding out that's okay as truthfully every day has it all!

Always appreciate your time my friend

      • Caring dove

Ok . Better than feeling really bad . I guess your writing just sounds a little sad .. o guess all we can do is try tho I don’t think life should feel difficult , at least that’s my opinion anyway

        • Poetic Dan

As a big Bruce Lee fan I try to embrace many of he's teachings.. "don't ask for an easier life but the power to endure a difficult one" nature would really show this is best 😉

          • Caring dove

Well if the difficult had many beautiful times in it .., then yeah . But to me difficult involves a lot of sadness and struggles and that’s just no fun ,

I don’t know much about Bruce lee ... apart from that he’s in that martial arts film

            • Poetic Dan

He was truly way much more than martial arts but then a true form is mind body and soul "be water" he was not liked for the path he chose but did it anyway....

He's worth looking into if you fancy it lol
              All the best

              • Caring dove

Shows what I know lol , yeah I don’t know much about famous actors . I have just looked up the quote about water and Bruce lee and it said about emptying your mind and adapting to situations , being for less and emptying your mind .

I do know that water is related to the “ flow “ state and to a certain chakra and. Abs be related to creativity I guess ..

Your ticket has a long way to ride before it it gets punched, you are certainly having more good days than bad.

and I will keep reading and learning
                  my friend,
                  thanks for being
                  that, guiding beacon
                  to overcoming's: capacity
                  in allowing us to soar
as high as we can hope
as free, as we can forgive...
what a Brilliant message dear Poet, thank you!
(loved the picture, those mirror smiles
say it all, better than any words)

                  • Poetic Dan

To many words to pick for a coherent reply but your energy is the air in between!

                    Forever appreciated

                    Thank you my friend
