What a wonderful day,
Not being alone in the house.
People working,
Fitting a boiler.
The house filled with words,
Filled with banter,
Filled with laughter.
Such a wonderful day,
As I joined in as well.
Being alone in the house
Is the way life is,
Life is for me now,
Now my lover has passed.
But this day was so wonderful
As voices echoed,
Echoed all around me.

Good write Gold.
Glad you didn't have a terrible day with loads of mess left to clear up when they had gone!
Did you invite any of them to the 1066 Reunion?
Thanks Orchi.
No they were a great deal younger than us!
