hugs and smiles
All here then gone
Nothing last for long
Enjoy the hit when it comes
Ride the waves in the low
Every thought matters
Liquidating back to one
Endlessly endeavours
Blinking on and off
Each motion just a grain
Of a glassless roof

Great pictures Dan, That little beauty is growing up fast... now to the poetry....
Take it as it comes, It never lasts for long, it changes or is gone or something out of the blue changes you.
I'd like to sit by the ocean and watch it's consistency. Once again absorbing insignificance... but i'm housebound just now, health reasons
Makes me want to sit down and do nothing and just think....... got to get going though.

wise words indeed, sometimes
fleeting be the theme, to life
and yet, I can close my eyes
and still remember that scent
of a perfect day at the beach
from childhood's memory reels, while
I can't recall what I was doing
this time last week, maybe
we have more choice: than we think...
(a wonderfully nostalgic depiction
of how quickly that guaranteed change, in existence
warps our sense of fulfilment)
