Antidote

John Prophet

Antidote.
Technology
overwhelming.
Quicksand.
Sucking in,
taking down.
Mind pollution.
Manipulation.
Warping
reality.
Losing
perspective.
Siren’s
seduction.
Antidote.
Environmental
antidote.
Mother Natures
antidote.
Get away.
Back to
nature.
Balm
for the
soul.
Forget
the tech.
Leave behind.
Walks in
the woods,
by a lake,
by the
ocean.
Fill the
senses
with
sounds
of nature.
Listen to
the gentle
breeze
in the
trees.
Allow the
ocean sounds
and smells
to caress the
senses.
Watch the
soaring birds,
passing clouds.
Enjoy
seasons
changing colors.
Wonders
of a gentle
snow.
Allow it
all
to flow.
Flow
through
the eyes,
the ears
the nostrils.
Allow the
senses
to take
it all in.
Wafting
through
the mind.
Flushing
out the
unsettling
mayhem
of the
connected.
Antidote.
Let Gaia
show the
way.
