WALK WITH JESUS

cbdave

In the battle between good and evil your faith is put to the ultimate test;

Will you be victorious or will you lose like the Wicked?

The dark one will cast you into the Pit;

Jesus will lift you out of the Pit and won’t hurt one bit;

To walk with Jesus is so glorious, because He is heaven sent!

    Not in my life he isn't, he did nothing to help my wife who died from dementia and she had been following him for all her long life but when he was needed he was not there.

    That is the problem with organised religion it cons people into believing untruths!

      I am sorry to hear about your wife, but how do you that you won’t see her again in the afterlife?

      • Goldfinch60

        I know I will see her again, our Spirits will be together as one but that it my belief in My Spirit.

        I used to be a devout christian, I was once a Chaplain so my belief was strong but my belief in christianity died as my wife was being taken from me by dementia. I was in church when I decided to forego christianity and it was a like a weight lifted from within me and I was free again.
        I believe in god still as I know I have been touched by him/her but it is My God. I still believe Jesus existed but to my mind I look at him as the first Hippie.

        May your god go with you.

        Oh my, one minute mankind is paying for the sin of killing jesus the next we are `being invited to walk with a 2000 year old corpse.
        More christian mumbo-jumbo and dual standards.
        Are you getting treatment for this OCD?
        You aren't getting many people to read your preaching on here are you?

          I may not have hardly any comments, but the ones I do have read my poems

            Good write Dave.
            I forewent (if that's a word) a 'thing', rather than a whole religion. I mean, I chose to forego a group that keeps on about money matters - we're talking a million or two, and not just once!
