Tune: St Peter
('How sweet the name of Jesus sounds')
Psalm 116 v.5-9
**********
Gracious is the LORD, and righteous
His favour be to us
And too our god is merciful
Shall forgive our sins all
The LORD preserves the meek, lowly
I was low, he helped me
Return unto your rest, my soul
The LORD shall restore whole
For the LORD has dealt bounteously
With you my soul, here see
For He my soul from death did save
Clear way for me did pave
He dried my tears, made firm my steps
Lifted me from the depths
I will walk before the LORD in
Land of living therein

I'll take some of what Teddy's on .. cheers
Thanks N. Teddy has trouble with her teef (teeth), with the alliterations in my titles! I've done it again - all those t's!
Lovely and comforting thoughts in this verse - - thank you Orchi.
Thanks Fay.
Amen
God you kept me alive
Cozy in your embrace
I am greedy to ask more
But kindly help me once more
Good one Orchi
Maybe your truly a God lover
Keep me in your prayers then
Thanks S.
I'll tell ya what's greedy - a group asking for over a million pounds, and not for the first time! They'll not get one penny from me.
Those who require pennies to serve the creations of God are called scums
You shouldn’t feed these scums
In your team Orchi
Good one Orchi.
Thanks Gold.
