The Flame

AnAlpaca

What do I want to do?
I want to sing for you!
Yes, a happy tune.
Like the bright moon,
You shine on me,
Calm my raging sea.
My bleeding heart you seal,
My aching soul you heal.
My song fills the air,
For you, I shall prepare,
A life so full and sweet,
If only our eyes would meet.
Your eyes, they hold me fast,
When can I, at long last,
Kiss lips of sweet wine,
Feel your gaze; soft and benign,
Divine dream, made real,
My feminine ideal.
Come, take my hand,
Flames of love fanned.
Tonight we'll burn in its flame,
As one, we'll conquer the game.
