Mental madness dripping in the mud for months
Love may not of expired but existence is numb
No fire to absorb the sodden focused thoughts
A river of denial to an oceans unsecured floor
Embedded in the pressure from responsibilities shore
Many cracks can appear that were never there before
Hidden in Chambers held open ready to explore

You never fail to make me feel blessed to be me and if I can achieve half of what you do! Then I've truly become an honourable person, a pleasure as ever and hope you well.

So sorry to read youve been feeling down my buddy. Blame it on the misery of winter and this pandemic thing..... try to get your head around looking forward to spring. How is that beautiful little daughter of yours??? No, i'm not forgetting the other beautiful daughter or her brother who's probably into all sorts of mischief between the two of them.
Keep writing for us Dan, you know its a necessary outlet rather than bottling it up inside. You know you have lots of supporting friends here and we want to read your words as regularly as you can please. Apart from self help, you are a great help to others here through your fearless honesty.

Good morning buddy and I must say reading your comment last night was like having an old blanket that never failed to give comfort.
Today is the first time in months I actually have the whole crew together for 24HR.
I'll try my hardest just to take it all in even after a 2am call last night to quite down, got to love the family time that won't last forever.
Hope you're as well as can be my friend and thank you again.
