Change being the only constant,
Life flickers from bad to brilliant..

But on troubles not much i dwell,
As happy sad many emotions clash..
My life burns well,
Poetry is just the ash..

      But - I went to a rather dreary poetry group. There was hardly any evidence of life. Should I yell out 'Anyone alive in 'ere?!' lol.

          I was a group 'in person'. Various recitations of mainly dull poems. Someone nudged me during the break, so I could join in the pretended applause. I had nodded off! (Did I make that bit up?) lol.
