Tune: Marching
(one tune to: 'Father, hear the prayer we offer')
Psalm 43
********
Judge me, O God, and plead my cause
Save me out of troubles, wars
And from the unjust, deceitful
Who stir up oppressions all
For you the God of my strength are
Attend, be not from me far
Why I seem as cast off? Why go
I mourning now here below?
O send out your truth and your light
Let them lead me, give me sight
Let them bring me to your holy
Hill, and tabernacles free
Then I will to God's altar go
And my praises to him show
He be God, my exceeding joy
Songs, music I shall employ
It be to praise Him, my God He
Be, Why cast down my soul? See
Hope in Him, I shall Him yet praise
He my help, shall me up raise
