Tune: Melcombe
('New every morning is the love')
1 Corinthians 4 v.5-7
********
For we preach not ourselves, but we
Preach Jesus Christ the Lord, here see
And we ourselves* are your servants
For Jesus' sake, e'en now and hence
For God who commanded the light
To shine out of darkness, gave sight
He has shined in our hearts to give
Light of the knowledge, so we live
Light of the knowledge, it so be
Of the glory of God freely
In the face of Jesus Christ, true
Message of salvation to you
But we have this treasure, each in
Our earthly bodies, here within
As vessels, that excellency
Of God's power seen, not ours be

Thanks Angel. I will explain more about me poems, if you wish!
So I take it I misunderstood?lol is there such a thing as a biblical dictionary? lololololololololololololololo
No, not a misunderstanding really. Yes, probably - Bible dictionary!
It's mainly about the 'treasure' of the Holy Spirit living in Christian believers, and we as 'clay pots'.
I know - we might say 'who ya calling a clay pot, you old 'has-been'?! lol.
Cool, thank you for explaining๐ค
Good one Orchi.
