Run by an infamous cabal of two.
This dreadful couple have managed to con
A weary public who need something new.
At its head we find that famous soldier
General Incompetence is his name,
Also ably aided by his partner –
Supply of illusion really her game.
She the muse who provides inspiration
To our politicians of every stripe.
Her name you might know as Miss Direction.
And you believe we have no cause to gripe?

Ah - so clever this poetic rhyming of reasons for gripe - - we certainly know that Miss Direction here in the U.K. and that General too !! Great read Dave and no Goodbye I hope from your relevant postings.
