A walk to the sea watching the sky above, the changing colours remind me of much
Each moment that passes distorts with a blink of an eye, the cycle repeats to live no lie
Nothing is forgotten in the sands of time, but all will be rewritten once we're the other side
For now I'll keep trying to enjoy the ride, within the dark and light this is my poetic life
Between the sun and the moon I'll continue to shine, even if it's only on screen, paper or back of my mind
