it doesnt take
a woman like you
feeding her
dimes of joy
into this juke box
heart of mine
there are plenty
who will do
that thing you do
no it doesnt take
such a poisonous heart
to fuck me over
and tear my world apart
a little loving
would have done it
equally well

as far as poetry is concerned DA .. you are on a flippin roll these last few days or so ................. mighty ink n true say's I .................... Neville 🙂
Brilliant!
your arrowed words
took a scalpel, to my dense callouses
and helped me shed, a few layers
of repressed, hurt..
and for that, I can't thank you enough, Great Poet!
Jewel adorned words
Told a tale
The tale of broken hearts
Mended up in a juke box
Wounded by dimes that lay
Very beautiful but heart wrenching poetry dear dusk
