Unclaimed love

Daydream Believer

I love thee

like the flowers

seek to taste the suns kiss

that tender morning gaze

caressing their fragile frames

to bleed life into delicate veins

I love thee

like the soil savours the rain

to quench its thirst

and drown out any pain

I love thee

like the ocean swells

my heart dwells

and feeds off thoughts of you

it’s true

I love thee

oh how I wish thee loved me too

Thanks Andy for your wonderful wish. It sadly is very doubtful but I am grateful for your kindness. Thanks for leaving me a comment today 🙏🌷
