If

Wolf

If I'd disappeared yesterday would you notice?

What if I cried out, would you have heard me?

Did you ever wonder if things could be better between us?

I could've done so much better back then if you only would have understood.

If I disappeared today would you search for me?

What if I left a note and said just let me be?

Do you ever wonder if things could be better between us?

I would be so much better now, if you done things differently.

If I disappear tomorrow will you even care?

What if the last thing I said to you was I wish I didn't know you?

Will you ever wonder if things could've been better between us?

Sometimes I sit and wonder how things would be different if you would've done right by me.

If only...? One of the most unanswered questions in life.

Indeed it is and one that can never been truly answered, unless we had a time machine of course.

      'If, You
      had done-right, by me
      or
      If I, had
      done-right, by you
      are the syllable seeds
      for all
      of life's: worded regret's
      I feel'..
(such a relatable write, dear poet
love your choice of accessible wording
      over artistic, showmanship's flowery eloquence;
it takes a high level of calloused, skill
      to know which choice, accentuates
the voice of that specific poem
an important lesson to have grasped
in this long and winding, path
      we climb
in the name of our hobby or Art...)

Thank you. I go with the words as they flow through my head, for me it feels more authentic when I do.
