White Knight in full body armour
standing beneath a prevailing light
while she waits... patiently
from the shadows of her lake...
The Raven Princess
beautiful, standing statues
seeking comfort within darkness
alone in her world...
Craving raven's beak to swipe
stealing away the helmet,
clutching tight,
waiting... seeing... staring...
Piercing eyes need
to peer upon their face
wondering...
are they here as a hindered or a help?

so very true:
her darkness, may be what the lucent knight needs
to stave off, his mounting blindness...
(an intriguing read, beautifully woven

Just as Mek said, intriguing and beautifully woven, but what I like most is how you ended it,..leaving the reader to his/her imagination,..😘🌹🕊

Thanks andy
Such a deep poetry mellowed inside
The beauty captured the eyes
The raven princess gilded in those lines
Beautiful dear Katie
