Tune: Capetown
('Gracious Spirit, Holy Ghost')
Psalm 63 v.1-5
********
O God, you true my God are
Early I seek you, not far
Be from me, I thirst and long
For you, you my song
My soul and flesh thirst for you
In dry and thirsty land too
Where no water is, but you
Refresh me, so do
I long your power to see
As have seen in sanctuary
And your glory, do appear
To me, you I fear
Because your loving-kindness
Is better than life, I bless
You with my voice while I live
Praises to you give
My soul shall be satisfied
You will still for me provide
Abundance, I shall rejoice
In you, this my choice
