spilleronsheet

Wonder

what struck in mind

never were it said

Alas

you were never bothered

bothered to read

read

those eyes

those silent lips

and

the tired face

      Indeed
It’s their ignorance that make them blunt

this is a tragedy .. and although I feel sure that there are so many other ways of describing what is essentially a hit in my book .. it remains a tragedy and in an ideal world, should never have happened ... but as many of us have long known .. it does .................. Neville x

"It's their ignorance that makes them blunt" Ignorance,..its a word that reminds me of something my sister said the other day,.."Those who are full of love, confuse those who are full of shit.lol😊✌️🕊

          True dear fallenangel
Well your sister said kind of truth….its like show people who are rude your brightest smile…to show them their existence doesn’t bother you

Well said. Wonderful use of language. So few words can convey such disappointment. Great read.

Maybe your right..they are afraid to see themselves so they close the eyes

A very relatable stanza here spilleronsheet, and emphatically written, with an understandable and most appropriate seething tone.

Manners do not cost anything, if someone says hello, then you should say hello back, but sadly, with the modern day mistrust forever growing, it ensures that a multitude of rude people remain.

Bravo, and I hope that all is well!

                • spilleronsheet

Thank you so much dear AuburnScribbler
With so called civilization, we are loosing the basic etiquettes of life
The sad truth of 21st century

                    The humble words got abode
                    The emotions got a stage
                    Surely it felt elated
When the critics applauded it great
Your words means a lot dear Neville
