Sadness

Sadness wants me
It searches me in the dark 
Beneath my mysteries and secrets
Wants to see blood, tears
Scars
Fears happiness, lights that glow
Sparkles, a smile
Things that makes life, life 

If it grabs your there's no turning back
You need to speak all the verses loudly
From a lectern
Bursting into tears
Screaming
Sadness wants you to remember 
Skin you don't wear anymore
The black spots inside you
Looking straight into his eyes 
A grim ghost full of darkness
Can't be happy 

I run away from it
Everytime
I want to be happy
A person everyone should be
But little by little I let Sadness come near
I can't feel without it
Without it I am nothing
I need Sadness to feel alive
An addiction that controls my soul
