A Place Filled With Fears

Jessi

This pressure,

You feel it.

From deep in,

Can't heal it.

Watching people passing by,

Taking it all easy,

All this time,

It won't free me.

Unable to speak,

Or to talk.

Dreams of a colourful, calm land,

Where you walk.

Feeling free,

Feeling calm.

Looking in a sparkling sea,

Getting goosebumps, feeling warm.

But you're here,

Being near.

A reality,

Filled with fear.

It's not here,

You belong.

It's a place,

Far far gone...

You could never go,

Through masses,

There wouldn't show,

Empty spaces.

Never wanting,

The word new.

It only brought,

Unknowing troubles to you.

Your throat closing,

Around your life.

Your thoughts racing,

And cutting like a knife.

Your hands shaking,

You are breaking.

Feeling watched,

It never stops.

Close your eyes,

Feel your breath,

Feel life raise,

To your head.

Being here,

Being near,

In this place,

With all your fears.

Just accept,

Do not neglect.

You can't break it,

But can change it.
