Absinthe

kitty the naughty poet

The green fairy is out to play

dressed as poison ivy

sipping her absinthe with a smile on her face

looking for her next prey

absinthe makes the tart grow fonder

as they say...

Green with lust, green with envy

of your perfect smile & green eyes

addicted to luscious green absinthes touch

a sting in the throat as it's swallowed whole

our poison fairy wants to play

with a spoon full of sugar

her full glass of absinthe

and you under her heel...

God fun write. At one time Absinthe was thought to be banned in this country but that was not so.

'absinthe makes the tart grow fonder'
    (all taste, is learned
but only the bold, may venture
    to seek
    the most exotic of life's
    sensation, delicacies..)
a great line, and an engagingly imaginative write..
