Still as I bend forward in arthritic pain.
Hot drops of water ease the moments of agony.
Obsolete movements now I'm able to obtain.
Why must I have such a painful anatomy?
Everyday this routine I’ve needed to retain.
Relief from daily aches is a remedy from insanity.
