Emptiness

_m_ostwanted

Emptiness is all I see

When I close my eyes

The emptiness a tree feels without it's leaves

The emptiness an ocean experiences without water

The emptiness a man know without his soul

The emptiness the night holds without the moon

The emptiness of a desert without sand

The emptiness of a lover without his love

The emptiness of a day without the sun

That's how I feel

When you're not around

WOW! I mean you truly said it with this poem. I can totally relate to that "emptiness" one feels when in the absence of a loved one. The analogies were also so vivid and real! Amazing job! 💖✨
